Description:	It is a picture of abe lincoln I found in a very old photo album of the williamson & rockafellow families.It's an actual photograph and it looks just like the one on the 5 dollar bill.

Condition:	It's a photo with a glass cover and a paper frame over that.

Appraiser Comments:	quite simply, you have a good collectable picture of the most famous President of the USA....Photography was in it's infancy and brown sepia tint was the original finish on early photo's as is the case with your portrait of Lincoln...Original photo's of the most famous people known are premium and your item qualifies for inclusion into this category...good original item of early Americana..Lincoln was quite photogenic and this quality was used to his benifit in campaigns and it follows that there are quite a few good examples of this early type of portrait image...
