The Security Exchange Terms and Conditions of Use

You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions in this agreement before you may list your item on The Security Exchange.

We may amend this agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on the site. 

All terms and conditions which you have agreed to, associated with having an appraisal done, remain effective.  

All ads listed in The Security Exchange are subject to approval and must have been put through one of our appraisal sites for online valuation prior to listing.

Fees are based on the time period and upgrade options chosen and are non-refundable.

There is no fee to make an offer or contact a seller; however you must be registered with us.  Registration is free and allows you full access to all of the features and services on our website.

The Security Exchange is a venue and is not an auctioneer.  We allow buyers and sellers to make contact with each other and simply charge a fee for advertising items. We cannot ensure that a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction and consequently we do not transfer legal ownership of items from the seller to the buyer.

We encourage buyers and sellers to contact each other and communicate directly in order to satisfy themselves as to each user’s purported identity and the existence and condition of the item(s).

We do not control the information provided by other users that is made available through our system and you may find other user’s information and listings to be offensive, harmful, inaccurate or deceptive.  Please use caution and common sense and by using this site, you agree to accept all risks associated with dealing with persons underage or acting under false pretenses.

In the event that you have a dispute with another user, you agree to release wiw2u.com (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential), of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

The Security Exchange advertisers acknowledge that their ad(s) may be removed at any time for any reason at the sole discretion of Wiw2u.com. In the event of ad removal by wiw2u.com, the customer will be refunded the unused balance. The unused balance paid, is the number of remaining days that the ad would have run prior to removal, multiplied by the daily rate for the ad. The daily rate for the ad is the fee paid by the advertiser divided by the number of days the ad was originally scheduled to run.

Wiw2u.com assumes no responsibility for misprints or claims and actions by its advertisers.

You must be legally able to sell the item(s) you have listed for sale on the site and if we suspect that you are or have engaged in fraudulent activity, we may suspend or terminate your account at any time.

Without limiting other remedies, we may limit your activity, immediately remove item listings, warn our community of your actions, issue a warning, temporarily suspend, indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership and refuse to provide our services to you if: (a) you breach this Agreement or the documents it incorporates by reference; (b) we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to us; or (c) we believe that your actions may cause financial loss or legal liability for you, our users or us.

All advertising copy and images are subject to the approval of Wiw2u.com.com and we reserve the right to edit advertising copy, format and images to conform with our advertising policies, whether posted or not.

Advertiser's and advertising agencies utilized by an advertiser assume liability for all content, including text representation and images, of advertisements listed on this site and also assume responsibility for any claims arising from any ad copy that may be made against wiw2u.com and its agents. It is the sole responsibility of the advertiser or selected agency to obtain appropriate releases on any item listed.

Wiw2u.com, its agents, affiliates or assigns assume no responsibility for the accuracy or authenticity of any description or item advertised and make no warranty as to either.

Ads will be placed on-line as soon as is practical upon receipt and acceptance of ad copy and payment.

Payment in full must be received before any ad will be published. You will be advised as to the cost of your ad at the time of submission. For your convenience we offer payment by VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Check or Cash

Wiw2u.com, its agents, affiliates or assigns assume no liability for typographical errors in posted ads.

Advertisers choose which method of contact to present to potential buyers.  All dealings in regards to the final sale and transfer of monies are between the buyer and seller and wiw2u.com does not become involved in any way, with the exception of our escrow service.

All advertisers listing their items at ½ of the appraised wholesale value will automatically have their items highlighted in the ½ of Wholesale section.  An advertiser who does not want their item listed in this section must place an asking price on their item of more than ½ of the appraised wholesale value.

All appraised values are an expert’s opinion of the value of the item based on the information submitted to them and may take into account additional information not shown on the appraisal certificate.  The opinion of the expert does not necessarily reflect the opinion of wiw2u.com its agents, affiliates or assigns.

No warranty, either expressed or implied, is given on any items and all buyers and sellers must utilize this site at their own risk.

You and wiw2u.com are independent contractors, and no agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by this Agreement.
